‘Vikings’ Season 4 Spoilers: Bjorn Threatens To Kill His Uncle Rollo

Here is an Official SDCC Trailer (Comic-Con 2015) for "Vikings Season 4"

The consequences of Rollo's (Clive Standen) betrayal will be exposed when "Vikings" comes back for season 4, although the conflict will not be entirely to him and his brother Ragnar (Travis Fimmel).

In the previous season, Rollo betrayed his brother Ragnar when he agreed to connive with the king of France in return for land, power, and a wife. The move endangered Ragnar, making the king's eldest son Bjorn Ironside utterly enraged.

Alexander Ludwig, playing Bjorn, informed Zap2it that his character will make his uncle accountable for the betrayal even if the two were close when he was growing up.

Ludwig said, "He's so hurt and he's going to kill him. In his eyes, there's certain things you can't forgive."

Although he admitted that he was yet to learn where season 4 will take Bjorn, Ludwig seemed very certain that his character will retaliate since his father almost lost his life because of Rollo's egocentricity. He also acknowledged that while negotiations with Rollo are forthcoming, he strongly believes that nothing will be sufficient to placate Bjorn's rage.

He said, "The fact is he turned his back on [Bjorn] and our entire community for himself and there's no coming back from that."

It appears that Rollo is not the only issue that the king's eldest son has to confront in season 4. Rumors indicate that Ragnar's other sons might attempt taking away Bjorn's right to the throne. It is likely that Aslaug (Alyssa Sutherland) will plot against their eldest brother in an attempt to take over the kingdom while their father is still recovering from the wounds he suffered during the Paris attack.

Meanwhile, the companion book for "Vikings" titled "The World of Vikings" is already available for pre-order, Vikings TV Store reported. Fans can access the book that focuses on the first three seasons of the series, with elaborations on the historical facts and other hidden anecdotes. The novel will be available from Nov. 10 selling at $34.99.

"Vikings" season 4 will return in the course of next year.
