Amazon announced that its Music app is now available on Android Wear devices.

Earlier this month, Amazon announced that it will release a $50 tablet. Now, its alleged specs list leaked online.

The specs list was spotted on GFXBench. It shows that the device will boast a 6.7-inch display screen with resolution of 1024 x 600. The listing also shows that the device's touchscreen supports at least five- finger gesture support. The device is powered by a MediaTek MT8127 system on chip. It has a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. The device will also sport a quad-core ARM Mali 450 graphics processing unit.

In comparison, the $99 Amazon Fire HD 6 has a 6-inch display screen with 1280x800 resolution and a quad-core 1.5GHz processor.

The new $50 Amazon tablet will only have 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage space. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.0. The device also features a 1.8-megapixel rear facing camera and a 0.3-megapixel front facing camera.

The specs list also shows that the tablet will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system which means that it will also have the Amazon Fire OS 5, according to Geek.

When Amazon announced that it plans to release $50 tablet, many were skeptical about its hardware capabilities. The announcement was met with mixed reactions. Now that the unofficial specs were leaked, it should set a benchmark for other tablets in the market as well. Consumers will have to weight things down, go for the budget friendly device with pretty decent specs or go all out with an expensive device to get a more hardware power.
