Microsoft Surface Pro 4, Lumia 950, & Lumia 950 XL To Be Launched In October? Spec Updates

Microsoft's wireless adapter will now allow Xbox Gamers to play games on Windows 10.

With the imminent Microsoft Event on Oct. 6, fans are looking forward for the launch of major devices within the same month - Surface Pro 4, Lumia 950, and Lumia 950 XL as well as the new Microsoft Band running on Windows 10.

According to Tech Radar, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 will be available in two sizes - 12-inch and 14-inch versions. The device will reportedly sport an Intel Core M, Core i5 or i7 processor. Furthermore, the new tablet will come with the latest Skylake processor that supports 4K, UHD video output at 60 fps.

Other unique features about the Surface Pro 4 include the ultra-thin form factor, large display, 64GB internal storage, and will run on Windows 10 OS. The gadget that is expected to have new accessories including a pressure-sensitive stylus may cost customers at least $899.

In other news, the Lumia 950 aka "Talkman" and the Lumia 950 XL aka "Cityman" will likely be launched on Oct. 10, NDTV unveiled. According to leakster Evan Blass (@evleaks), Microsoft will release the two handsets, which will feature the new Mobile Operating System, Windows 10. As opposed to having metal casing, the devices will sport polycarbonate shells.

The "Talkman" will have a 5.2-inch QHD display and run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC. The phone will also come with a 3GB RA, 3000 mAh battery, and a 21MP rear camera and 5MP front camera.

On the other hand, the "Cityman" will have a larger 5.7-inch QHD screen display and it may be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, in addition to having a 3GB RA. While the Lumia 950 XL will have a 21MP rear camera and 5MP front shooter, the smartphone will be powered by a 3300mAh battery.
