'Fallout 4' Update: Bethesda Explain New Settlements, PowerSuit Armor, Human Companions, Dogmeat Details! [VIDEOS]

Fallout 4 is an action-RPG video game created by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks.

New "Fallout 4" game details have been revealed regarding the game's settlements, PowerSuit armor, Dogmeat and other companions.

Bethesda revealed several new features that will be present in "Fallout 4" before the game launches in just a few months. Bethesda's vice president Pete Hines answered several fan questions on Twitter regarding the game, and first of these is "Fallout 3" not included in the pre-order details for "Fallout 4" in the PlayStation 4. "Fallout 3" will be availaible as pre-order bonus of "Fallout 4" int the Xbox One and fans began to wonder why the game is not ported to the PS4 console.

Hines stated that it was Microsoft wanted "Fallout 4" in the Xbox One as Sony does not support backward compatibility in there PS4 consoles. He added that romance within "Fallout 4" will not be open to every companion the gamers meet as Bethesda specifically mentioned "human companions" only meaning other creatures in the game will not be factored in, Gamepur reported.

Bethesda added that the PowerSuit in the game will be easily controlled by gamers as Hines hinted that they just put it on/off by stepping in and out, with no complication whatsoever. Gamers in "Fallout 4" will not just build any settlement around the area as there will be a specific location for them to find and build their base from the start.

Dogmeat will also be useful companion in "Fallout 4" as players can call in commands for him like scouting the area, looking for items and parts and even attacking enemy units. Game director Todd Howard stated that there are also other companions accompanying the player besides Dogmeat and gamers have can choose to have one companion with them or not just to keep them safe, Gamerant reported. Dogmeat in "Fallout 4" is based on the lead level designer Joel Burgess' pet German Shepherd, River.

Bethesda wanted to give the players absolute freedom within "Fallout 4" the best way they can by building a society for themselves, making and customizing new weapons, gathering different supplies and discovering new areas around the game.

"Fallout 4" will release on Nov. 10, 2015 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
