"Star Wars Battlefront" will have new details on the Hero system and Luke Skywalker move set, as well as DICE assuring fans of its game servers.
Senior Producer Jamie Keen revealed new game details for "Star Wars Battlefront" in a new post from the game's official website. According to Keen, players can play as one of series beloved characters Luke Skywalker when they come across a hidden pickup relating to the latter, and they will able to spawn within the game as that character, Gamerant reported. Luke Skywalker's appearance in the game will based on the "Return of the Jedi" film as the Jedi knight fought the Sith Lord Darth Vader during the Hoth gameplay in the E3 2015 presentation.
Luke Skywalker's abilities in the game will include Saber Rush, Force Jump and Force Push. DICE revealed that heroes in the game can used in a limited amount of time to in order to balance these hero type characters to the regular soldier units. Gamers will eventually notice that the health bar slowly draining and gamers can use the hero character in just two minutes, but they can increase its time span by killing enemy units.
Keen stated that their goal was to give players two minutes to be there favorite Star Wars character and if the player is that good during the gameplay, they can extend the use of that character for about five minutes or more depending on the situation.
So far, Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader and Boba Fett are the only playable characters in "Star Wars Battlefront" as other rumored characters have been hinted like Han Solo, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Emperor Palpatine, Starkiller etc.
In other news, DICE and EA Games will have dedicated servers working on "Star Wars Battlefront" during its beta run. Keen told PalyStationLifeStyle that they will have several servers for "Star Wars Battlefront" and promised that they will deliver unparalleled online servers within the game.
The launch details for "Star Wars Battlefront" beta will be revealed by DICE and EA Games soon and it will include three playable game modes such as Survival, Drop Zone and Walker Assault.
"Star Wars Battlefront" will BE release on November 17 for the PS4, Xbox One and for the PC.
