"Game of Thrones" season 6 is currently being filmed in Spain and Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen) shared her first pictures on social media. Maisie Williams (Arya Stark) and Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) teased some aspects of season 6 in separate interviews.
Clarke posted an Instagram photo seemingly looking for directions in Spain. The actress jokingly dished that she may be late for the Emmy Awards Event and sought to know the distance from Spain to the event.
The famous TV series "Game of Thrones" won a number of awards at the Emmys including being the outstanding drama series of the year. Other awards for "Game of Thrones" included David Nutter emerging a winner for directing the episode "Mother's Mercy" and Peter Dinklage (Tyrion) emerging as an Outstanding Supporting Actor.
Meanwhile, Clarke's co-cast members Williams and Turner managed to attend the award ceremony. Talking to TV Line during the Emmy Awards event, Williams revealed that her character will have to fight blind in season 6.
With regard to Jon Snow's (Kit Harington) fate, Williams said that the character is dead. However, fans continued to speculate that the character will come back for season 6 and there are many theories behind Snow making it to the sixth season.
In a different interview, Turner told the same publication that she faced the question on whether Snow is alive about 10 times the same day at the Emmy Awards event. The actress indicated that she had no idea whether the character is indeed alive or dead despite shooting the show for some time now and should be well positioned to tell the fate of the character.
Turner avoided giving details and only stated that "would know." She also teased that season 6 will bring together many storylines that have so far been "spaced out." The actress explained that "everything is starting to make sense now" for the sixth season that will be very exciting.
