Supermodel Gisele Bundchen recently announced her retirement from the modeling world is preparing to launch a book, as a pictorial tribute to her career. Replete with nude photos of the Brazilian beauty, the limited edition volume is being sold for a tidy sum of $700 per copy.

With only a 1,000 copies being printed, German publishing firm Taschen is said to be at the forefront of conceptualizing the coffee table book of Bundchen's modeling career which spans 20 years, Fortune reported.

In a statement announcing the collaboration Taschen said, the photos of the supermodel will be "accompanied with tributes from Gisele's closest friends, family, and fashion leaders, who shed light on how and why she has become one of the greatest models of all time." Further the publisher added saying the collection, "is a unique artistic presentation of the most famous Brazilian export."

The hardcover book which is being marketed as a rare volume, will be autographed by Bundchen. In addition, the collector's edition will comprise of more than 300 photographs which have been personally selected by Bundchen together with Brazilian-Italian creative director, Giovanni Bianco.

Among the images set to grace the pages of the volume, Irving Penn's nude photograph of the Brazilian supermodel has been picked as the book's cover.  The book will go on sale in November.

While Bundchen's modeling career draws to a close, her earning potential is yet to diminish with Forbes dubbing her as the highest paid model, claiming that Bundchen has earned more money than any other model in the world.

The publication claims that Bundchen in 2014 earned five times more than her closest competitors, earning more than $47 million before taxes between June 2013 and June 2014.

It is believed that the Brazilian beauty's current income will be propped up owing to her contracts with top brands, such as Chanel and H&M. In addition, Bundchen owns her own lingerie brand, "Hope" and is the brand ambassador for Pantene hair products and Oral-B in Brazil.
