The "Doctor Who" section of the "Lego Dimensions" video game packs a stage that is designed not for the faint of heart. The stage features the infamous Weeping Angels which is considered as one of the scariest creatures in the "Doctor Who" series.

According to iO9, the Weeping Angels were one of the surprise addition to the recently released "Lego Dimensions" video game. On the "Doctor Who" themed level, players are pitted against a group of Weeping Angels that moves every time the light momentarily turns off. Players needs to figure out the puzzle before they get annihilated by the scary adversaries.

"Lego" video games are known for their extreme attention to detail and "Lego Dimensions" is no exception. On the level that features the infamous Weeping Angels, the sudden flickering of light could induce a heart-pumping string of events as the creatures slowly gets closer to the characters one small step every time the light dies. One of the game's playable character, Batman, even uttered the classic one-liner "Don't Blink!"

The game's developer put so much attention to every tiny bit detail that every time the Weeping Angels grab the player and drains their life, it is represented by the swirling clock taken from the opening title of "Doctor Who."

According to Wired, Peter Capaldi, who plays the Twelfth Doctor along with his trusted sidekick Clara, also appear in the game's storyline. Additionally, Capaldi's character will be featured even more in the upcoming "Doctor Who" level pack which is expected to be released in November.

"Lego Dimensions" was released on Sept. 27. It was developed by Traveller's Tales and is available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 350 and Wii U platform.
