Chris Brown has finally won the joint custody of his love child with his baby mama Nia Guzman. The one-year-old toddler from now on will be known as Royalty Brown.

The 26-year-old singer, who has been fighting for the joint custody of his child for past few months, has baby mama been granted joint physical and legal custody of his child, TMZ reported.

He will also be paying his baby mama $2500 per month as child support apart from providing for the toddler's schooling, health insurance, medical bills and nannies.

According to the custody agreement, Chris and Guzman will divide their time with the toddler so that Royalty will get to spend 12 days every month with her singer father.

Apart from that, Chris has also been granted unsupervised visitation rights despite being tested positive for marijuana and codeine since he was carrying a prescription for both the drugs. Guzman had previously requested the court to ensure supervised visitation rights citing the singer's drug issues, People reported.

"Court went great today. Glad this all worked out," tweeted the delighted "Loyal" hit maker, though, the judge has to still sign off on the custody agreement.

Guzman, who was earlier demanding $15,000 per month as child support, also seemed happy with the settlement as she shared a pic of her standing outside the court with her legal team on Instagram.

Chris' fatherhood became known earlier this year when reports emerged that the singer has fathered a child with one of his model friends. At the time, Chris was in a relationship with Karrueche Tran, who later dumped him famously in social media when she learned about the scandal through internet.
