The CBS network had to cancel Justin Bieber's live performance at the Thanksgiving Parade in New York City

Justin Bieber's comeback involves more than just new music, it also includes a new chapter in his spiritual life. After years of multiple delinquencies, Bieber is coming to terms with his faith.

In a lengthy interview with Complex for the magazine's cover story, Bieber said that he cares about different things now, admitting that his competitiveness before was focused on the wrong things.

Now the 21-year-old singer wants to channel it on winning and doing his best.

Bieber also made a bold statement saying, "I want to live like Jesus." But the singer clarified that he doesn't want to be Jesus because that would make him sound weird.

He said that Jesus made an awesome template on how people should love, be gracious, and be kind. He also added that if you believe it, Jesus "died for our sins."

Bieber went on to say that he has found healing in Jesus. He said that Jesus is the greatest healer of all. He also explained that he's at a point in his life where he's willing to share this and not hold it in.

He also said that one does not need to go to church to be a Christian. He said that going to Taco Bell doesn't make you a taco either.

Bieber added that religion is all about presenting yourself holy and bringing your offerings to God so He can bless you. He said that it's basically the point of relationships.

He said that he's doing these things because God loves him. Bieber explained that God had been so amazing to him that he will do things for Him not because he has to but because he wants to.

The singer put it simply saying, "Hey, I love you because you first loved me."

Bieber also feels that he is invincible now because nothing is bigger than God. He explained that if God's for him, who can be against him? It has given him confidence to carry himself in a cool way but not cocky.

Bieber said that he want to be loved for being a good guy and for being confident in himself because he knows who he is.

According to Rolling Stone, Bieber's new album will be released on November 13. By then, fans will find out if the singer's spirituality was reflected in some of the songs in the LP.
