"Dying Light" will feature a new trailer for "The Following" expansion, as well as Techland urging fans to write their ideas for a new game expansion soon.
A new trailer promo for "Dying Light: The Following" features SILAS new dirt buggy vehicle. The dirt buggy is one of the many features that are present in new "The Following" expansion as it allows players to travel outside the wild and zombie infested outback and it can even be used as weapon against hordes of zombies in the game, GamingBolt reported.
Techland stated that player can upgrade and customized the dirt buggies such as engine, armor, weapons and driving performance. The dirt buggies are considered the safest form of transportation especially during the night hours when stronger zombies and mutants attack them at night.
"Dying Light: The Following's" plot will follow Kyle Crane traveling to the wild outback as he encounters a mysterious group of fanatical cultist who have valuable information regarding the zombie outbreak within the game. The expansion will feature new weapons such as crossbows and Uzi machine guns and the terrains will feature caves , waterfalls, farms and open fields to improve their parkour and free running skills.
In other news, "Dying Light's" developer Techland tweeted that they encourage fans to write several ideas for future expansions for the game.
Gamers must write a 200 word letter to Techland as the game developers will read each letter they have received and choose the best ones as the basis for their new expansion for "Dying Light", VG 24/7 reported.
So far, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has not announced the launch date for "Dying Light: The Following", but the expansion is said to cost around $14.99.
"Dying Light" is currently available in stores around the world for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and for the PC platform.
