Fallout 4 is an action-RPG video game created by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks.

New "Fallout 4" details will feature character development, voiceovers and Mocaps, as well as a preview of having "Charisma" within the game.

Bethesda talked about several details regarding "Fallout 4's" character development during an interview session from E3 2015 a few months ago. The game's development team stated that voiceover lines for protagonist as "Fallout 4" will feature more lines and dialogues than "Skyrim" and "Fallout 3" combined, Gamerant reported.

It was no small task for the development team as they admitted it took years of planning and recording just to get it down in a right way and stated that they wanted to create a protagonist that gamers can relate to within "Fallout 4". They also felt that having a voice for the protagonist could make him/her looked natural and could create emotional moments inside the game making it more organic especially when they use motion capture on all characters.

"Fallout 4" will allow gamers to create their own character from its gender, color, appearance etc. to building their own community using every material scattered around wasteland. Gamers can create, customized and upgrade items and equipments from weapons to armored suits.

Bethesda vice president of PR and marketing Pete Hines stated in an interview that the biggest accomplishment they have achieved in "Fallout 4" is that they believed all of their games are about the whole thing being more than the sum of its parts and its all about the little details that have different roles to fill in depending on what they are trying to focus on.

In other news, a new S.P.E.C.I.A.L. trailer for "Fallout 4" will cover the letter "C" which stands for Charisma.

Charisma allows gamers to recruit other people from the wasteland by negotiating, bartering of items or through social encounters. Charisma can be used to trade in any item in exchange for powerful weapons. Keep in mind that interacting with characters can often lead to trouble and will cause the player some items, Techno Buffalo reported.

Players can use Charisma to get away from tense situations and convince other people to join your cause. It can also be used to calm wild animals in the wasteland making them somewhat their pets.

"Fallout 4" will release on November 10 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
