Street Fighter V is expected to launch in spring 2016.

"Street Fighter V" character roster is gradually revealed through different leaks.

Based in one of the leaks, Russian wrestler Zangief will return to the upcoming game, crushing normals and counter-hits will be a core part of the Russian Red Cyclone's arsenal. The heavy kick appears to launch characters and can be followed up with a lariat for extra damage.

Zangief is equipped with new V-Skill and V-Trigger moves, according to Gamespot. V-Skill and Iron Muscle show the true power of his body and allow him to absorb an enemy's hit and Zangief will have more recoverable health. Holding the medium punch and medium kick buttons, as well as pressing a direction on the joystick, it can unleash a flexing move at the end of Iron Muscle.

The V-Trigger and Cyclone Lariat allows Zangief to spin with high speed and velocity, and then pulling the opponent closer to him. Players can tap the V-Trigger activation buttons to activate the V-Trigger. Holding the V-Trigger activation buttons will enable Zangief to continue spinning and hitting the opponent multiple times.

Zangief can also headbutt single-hit projectiles, but not multi-hit. The V-Reversal allows him to thrusts his chest out to nullify attacks. Japanese video game developer and publisher Capcom has released a short gameplay trailer showcasing Zangief in action, Ubergizmo reported.

Currently, "Street Fighter V" is in development for PlayStation 4 and PC, and will feature cross-platform play between both systems. There is no official launch yet for the game but rumors said that it would be in spring 2016.

Capcom also added that there will be post-launch content for "Street Fighter V," which can be earned by playing the game.
