Supercell, the developer of "Clash of Clans," continuously provides updates for the game as a way of maintaining its loyal fans. This time round, the game developer will hold a ClashCon Gaming Event on Oct. 24 to make the game updates more exciting.
The first ever convention will take place at Helsinki Finland - the third anniversary of the game and its development home. The upcoming ClashCon Gaming Event will focus on Level 11 Town Hall upgrade and level 8 Barbarians, according to Gotta Be Mobile. Furthermore, there are speculations that the game developer will incorporate a single player map, new quests and achievements, and a third hero apart from the King and Queen.
Supercell will also add a Clan War tournament in which one clan will face another in a battle. The tournament will give an opportunity to the players to move notches in the tournament board. Much more is expected during the event since the game developer anticipates giving the wide fan-base a unique experience during the event and perhaps afterwards.
In an interview with Pocket Gamer, Supercell Community Manager Marika Appel said, "Our fanbase is certainly genuine, and very, very dedicated. The reception of "Clash of Clans" has continued to surprise us since its launch three years ago and we think it absolutely shows that the lines between 'casual' and 'core' are not as clear as people once thought they were."
Meanwhile, last September saw updates being made to the game to incorporate Town Hall 10, along with an update of the Lightning Spell up to Level 7. The updates also included a Lava Wall upgrade in addition to other spells like the Earthquake, Freeze, and Poison.
