The much awaited "Final Fantasy VII" remake has triggered mixed feelings among fans about the Square Enix's new title following the success of the original title. Gamers would wish to see a number of things incorporated in the remake that is scheduled for a release by 2017.

The game developer company, Square Enix, has its own take on the upcoming game to ensure that it turns out a little bit more fascinating. The "Final Fantasy VII" remake could sport some improvements from its current state, according to The Federalist.

Gamers worldwide have submitted their views with the hope that they will communicate with Square Enix and make an impact on the upcoming remake. Among their wishes is the incorporation of a much vaster back story to add to the plot.

The upcoming remake is believed to come with a distinct traditional turn-based system. Fans of "Final Fantasy VII" remake are ready to be patient, and some of them are hoping that the remake will somehow carry their wish list. The fans wish list includes a multiplayer mode and a new downloadable content (DLC), Game and Guide reported.

It is likely that the inclusion of a multiplayer attributes to the delay of the game. Similarly, the reported remake might use the Luminous Engine that is the primary engine to be utilized for the eventual "Final Fantasy XV" and "Kingdom Hearts III" before the reported shift to the Unreal Engine 4.

Since there are no definite dates yet as to when the "Final Fantasy VII" remake will set off, gamers can only keep their hopes high for the title. There have been many updates so far and with that, the gamers and patrons of the series can still hope that Square Enix will consider their wishes and add more updates for the upcoming expansion to the year-long saga.
