Mega star Justin Bieber is set to take legal actions against the U.S. publication which originally published his nude photos on Oct. 7, Wednesday.
The singer's legal team has already sent a letter to, New York Daily News, warning the publication with a lawsuit if the pics are not removed immediately. The letter was sent shortly after the Bieber's naked pic surfaced on the site, demanding compliance within 12 hours.
"We recently became informed that your company has obtained and is distributing unauthorized photographs of our Client including images showing him without clothing," reads the letter, putting a stop on the speculations that the pics may not belong to the "Baby" hit maker and are indeed photoshopped, reported The Hollywood Reporter.
Bieber is represented by the Myman Greenspan law firm which has stated that the publication of such pics is violation of his privacy rights. He was photographed naked in Bora Bora where he was vacationing with model Jayde Pierce.
Meanwhile, the singer's father seemed to be amused by the whole episode. Jeremy Bieber took to Twitter on Oct. 9, Friday, to express his pride over his son's manhood by making an awkward joke about his penis.
"What do you feed that thing. #proud daddy," tweeted 43-year-old.
Although Justin is said to be quite angry over the leak of his nude pics, he seemed to have loved his father's cringeworthy comment. Sharing his dad's sense of humor, the 21-year-old was quick to give a witty reply, by answering, "blondes," Hollywood Life reported. The tweet was deleted soon.
