Initial reports indicate that the lawyers of Canadian singer from Myman Greenspan law office were planning to file a lawsuit over the leaked frontal nude photos of Justin Bieber.
According to Hollywood Reporter, the lawyers sent The New York Post a cease and desist order to remove the images that the daily published on Wednesday. However, the newspaper has not complied with the order and the images are still on its website. With the order, it is an admission that the naked guy on the photo is Bieber because there are rumors that the images were digitally manipulated to make the young man look like him.
However, TMZ reports that 21-year-old changed his mind after he saw how the images had become viral, breaking the original record set by his belfie, or butt selfie, a few weeks ago shot in the same French Polynesian island of Bora Bora. Aside from the viral photo, Bieber was reportedly happy because the photos showed he is "gifted" insofar as his manhood is concerned.
The entertainment website points out that Bieber, initially offended by the paparazzi's invasion of his privacy, is "happy the world knows about it." The photos, shared over social media, indicated the real size of Bieber's genital in one medium shot where he is walking toward the private pool.
Although the shot was not full frontal, unlike another far shot photo in which details of his private part are not that clear, the medium shot showed a bit of his erect member, although the rest was covered by his right leg.
TMZ believes Bieber will not push through with the lawsuit "'cause as they say, size matters." But the photo agency that took the stolen shots said the singer could not sue them because he was at a public area, the balcony, of his suite.
Now back in the city, Bieber asked media to respect his privacy when asked about the nude photos.
