‘Clash Of Clans’ (COC) Christmas Update News, Possible Release Date: Expected Changes And Improvements In Next Upgrade, More Details About Town Hall 11, Third Hero

The October 24 ClashCon is a big event for the Clash of Clans community as Supercell is expected to unload tons of upgrades that will add fresh dimensions to the game. Rumors point to new levels opening up for the millions of gamers and the likelihood of these COC fans evolving their heroes.

To date, however, Supercell has managed to wrap in mystery the new things that will touchdown in time for the October ClashCon but hints, fortunately, of what to arrive are aplenty. Here are the six new COC offerings that the event will likely unpack and why they matter:

Town Hall 11

If indeed the Clash of Clans will get a huge bump later this month, it will be for nothing if Town Hall 10 will remain the highlight of the game. A real step up must open the door for Town Hall 11 as Gotta Be Mobile noted on its report that millions of COC players are literally trapped in TH10 "with nothing left to do than raid other bases and upgrade walls."

To break the routine, Supercell will surely use the ClashCon platform to open the gate that is the TH11 and make the millions of COC patrons buzzing anew.

"With a new Town Hall upgrade you'll be getting more spells upgrades such as Lightning to level 5 and 6, level 11 walls will become lava walls and more updates like the Poison and Earthquake spells, as well as the Freeze spell, all of which can be quite devastating," is how Android Origin pictures the immediate aftermath of the jump to TH11.

Level 8 Barbarians

And by default with the Town Hall 11 provision, the Barbarians will surely jump to another level that currently stands at Level 7. GBM added on its report Level 8 Barbarians was a giveaway in a recent teaser clip that showed a Level 7 Barbarian with more capacity to upgrade.

Plus the Barbarians levelling up should lure in COC gamers to crash into TH11, the report added.

Additional Dark Troop and Spells

Also part of the Clash of Clans upgrade blueprint is the introduction of a fresh Dark Troop and spells that GBM said will likely be confined to Town Halls nine to 11. As noted by Android Origin, the Dark Barracks show four slots to fill in so these additions are all but given.

Single Player maps

Single Player maps may not be getting most of the attention in the upcoming upgrade but the feature coming to the COC world should be appreciated by serious gamers. These maps will prove useful in keeping the players busy and "to test new strategies for attacks ... and earn gold," GBM said.

Clan War tourneys

Aside from TH11, rumors are rife that Supercell will unveil via the ClashCon the new feature called Clan War tournaments that will be highlighted by 5v5 and 10v10 options. The incentive stuffed with this is the chance to pad up on loots and gems, not to mention the further strengthening of the COC community.

Enter the new Hero?

According to Android Origin, a third hero will be added to the mix and join in the King and Queen. Who and what exactly this new character is remain unclear but the report teased of the awesome ability to evolve and power up further, which definitely is nothing short of exciting.
