Chinese-South Korean boy band EXO became the first artist to ever perform in the newly-opened stadium Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.

According to Allkpop, EXO is now officially the first group to ever hold a dome concert in South Korea.

The concert is the group's way of showing their gratitude to the fans that supported their second album "Exodus," which sold 1 million copies. Their previous album "XOXO" also sold more than 1 million copies, Soompi reports.

The "EXO-Love CONCERT in Dome" was packed with 22,000 fans. The group maximized the new facilities' features as they performed on the huge stage with LED screens.

They also used a moving stage so they can be closer to their fans.

The 12-member boy band opened their set with "Call Me Baby." After their first song, Kai said he's happy that Korea's first dome was built quickly as it allowed them to enjoy the concert with EXO-Ls.

Meanwhile, Baekhyun told the fans to be careful especially those seated in the third and fourth levels especially when they're standing up and waving their glowsticks.

The two-hour concert was packed with EXO hits such as "XOXO," "Thunder," and "Don't Go." The group also performed a mashup of "Run," "Peter Pan," and "3.6.5"

The group also showcased their individual vocals but the one that got the most attention was D.O.'s cover of Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend."

Chanyeol performed John Legend's "All of Me" while Lay sang an original song he composed titled "Yixing." Kai performed G.Soul's "Beautiful Goodbye" and Sehun had a dance number.

Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin sang "As We Live" by SG Wannabe while Suho covered "I Want to Fall in Love" by Kim Jo Han.

EXO will have a concert at the Tokyo Dome on November 6-8, 2015 and at the Osaka Dome on November 13-15, 2015.
