"Mortal Kombat X" latest DLC may arrive early next year, according to a Twitter post from the game developer.
"Mortal Kombat X" is constantly surrounded by controversy, especially with the coming of "Mortal Kombat Pack 1." Though it has been established as the last DLC for the action packed game, a livestream recently sparked some rumors regarding the "Mortal Kombat Pack 2."
The said livestream culminated with a very powerful statement signaling the end of "Mortal Kombat Pack 1." After the livestream, a series of tweets from Ed Boon started the speculations that "Mortal Kombat Pack 2" is coming, Gamerant reported.
Director Ed Boon confirmed "Mortal Kombat Pack 2" is definitely on its way, although no exact schedule has been announced.
Boon further teased the gamers with the silhouette of four characters that will likely join the current roster of characters. To spice things up, the game director devised a guessing game where he eventually dropped some hints on which the characters could be, Movie Pilot reported.
"Kombat Pack 1" introduced a medley of powerful characters in the roster, including Jason Voorhees, Predator, Tremor and Tanya. Additional superstar characters could be added up this time.
