LG G3 And LG G4 are confirmed to get Android Marshmallow update soon

LG recently announced the release of the latest Android Marshmallow update for LG G4 slated for next week.

Vice President for LG Mobiles Chris Ye revealed that LG G4 will be the first device to receive the Android Marshmallow update in Poland, according to The Verge. The roll out will initially being in Poland and will later go to America, Asia, and Europe.

In addition, LG G4 will also become the first non-Nexus device to get this latest operating system. Android Marshmallow was released on Oct. 5, along with the Google Nexus 5X. The update is already working in many Nexus devices.

The update is specially designed to make the devices work faster with minimum lag as well as to fix the heat related issues.

The update will also bring forth the support for 4G LTE connectivity and finger print scanning. It will also make the devices to support USB Type-C connector. The Chrome Browser will also be faster, in addition with the super intuitive Tap On feature, according to BGR.

Android Marshmallow update will also support Android Pay in LG G4 allowing users to be able to conduct financial transactions with ease and flexibility.

The feature of auto back up will increase drastically in the devices, and Google Photos will become pretty light as an app. Lastly, one of the main features of Android Marshmallow is the Doze power saving feature, which will save the battery of the device by 30 percent.
