Some most important reasons have been highlighted below:

For example, the KeyRaider malware is the biggest hack happened in the history of Apple Account and this affected mostly the jailbroken Apple devices. YiSpector malware, on the other hand, attacked only Apple devices - jailbroken and non-jailbroken - though Apple confirmed that people whose apps are downloaded other than the Apple Store was greatly affected.

JailBreak Difficulties: It is very risky to do jailbreaking on Apple devices as all apple devices are not compatible with jailbreaking. Mac version hacking does not exist while an access to Windows is needed for jailbreaking Apple devices.

iOS instability: Boot loops are observed on some jailbroken devices plus sudden restarts are seen after the jailbreaking process. Bad part would be a bit of tweak might mess with other iOS aspects too.

Updating iOS: Updating OS for Apple devices becomes nearly impossible after the device is jailbroken. After jailbreaking, the device might get bricked if updated to the newer version of iOS.

Voided Warranty: No help will be extended by Apple if jailbreaking is tried in the device. Some problem happens to Apple devices when jailbroken is done, even during warranty period. One must know that jailbreaking removes warranty by rule.

Meanwhile, according to Techrunch, jailbreaking your iPhone would give you more customizable device; however, one should not jailbreak their apple device if they aren't familiar with what they are doing since this may put your device data at risk.
