AT&T Plans To Launch LG G Vista 2 With Stylus Soon

LG promotional video suggests that G Vista 2 will be an affordable device.

AT&T has announced that they will soon begin to sell the LG G Vista 2, a new device succeeding the LG G Vista from last year.

LG has not seen much of its success in midrange phones. A new model would help cement its position in an area that is less competitive than the super high end of the LG V10. The South Korean tech company is hoping that LG G Vista 2 maybe a success.

The new Vista phone comes with a large screen and a stylus so we can say it directly rivals the new Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The G Vista 2 bears a 1080p display, an update from the old 720p of the previous model, according to CNET.

The 5.7-inch screen now combines with an eight-core processor that is likely a Snapdragon 615. Unit is powered by Android Lollipop out of the box but it should be upgradeable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow since LG has announced that it's preparing a number of devices for the fluffy update. It features a 2GB of RAM paired with 16GB of built-in storage and it is expandable. The phablet comes equipped with an updated stylus pen (a digital pencil that can write and navigate on touchscreens), 13MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing shooter, a 1-watt speaker.

In terms of software, LG G Vista 2 will feature the company’s signature features like Knock On, Knock Code, QSlide, and Quick Memo.

LG also released a promotional video suggesting that G Vista 2 will be an affordable device, Engadget reported. AT&T has not yet announced the exact release date for G Vista 2 or how much it will cost.
