In the second half, Sassuolo striker Domenico Berardi managed to level the count at 1-1 eight minutes into the payoff period, but Milan forward Luiz Adriano found the goal at the 86th minute to deny the point for Eusebio Di Francesco's side.

Meanwhile, the defending champions pulled off a 2-0 win against Atalanta at the Juventus Stadium on Sunday, as per BBC Sport.

Strikers Paulo Dybala and Mario Mandžukić led the attack of Massimiliano Allegri's men, scoring a goal in each half to dominate middling La Dea right at their home turf.

Juve only lost once in their last six games, with three wins and two draws, and they hope to continue their slow climb back among the league leaders in this game versus Sassuolo.

The predicted result is a 3-1 conquest of Juventus.
