‘The Walking Dead’ (TWD) Season 6 episode 10 spoilers, promo revealed: What happens on ‘The Next World’

The zombie apocalypse themed show aired its third episode of its sixth season, titled "Thank You," with shocking cliff hangers and possible deaths of the series' major characters.

In the episode, Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun) was with Nicholas (Michael Traynor) and they were trapped on top of a dumpster, with an overwhelming group of hungry zombies at their feet. Nicholas thanked Rhee for the latter's efforts in helping the former seek redemption, but decided to shoot himself when he realized there were no other means for escape.

Nicholas' lifeless accidentally dragged down Rhee to the waiting human eaters and it appeared that the zombies were clawing at and eating the internal organs of Rhee; however, the scene was already cut, making fans speculate that the incident would most probably leave Rhee to his eventual demise, as reported by LA Times.

In addition, it was also shown that major character Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) was rushing for his life again in an RV which would not start. As the former sheriff tries to get the vehicle running, a horde of the undead suddenly surround the area, also leaving Grimes alone in a seemingly no escape situation.

Consequently, fans and viewers have been left intrigued and asking whether the show's producers would really kill of two of the series' remaining original characters.

Additionally, the six season series executive producer Greg Nicotero was asked more about the season and the third episodes intriguing plot and incidents.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Nicotero commented on the possible death of Rhee by saying, "I'm gonna say that it seems pretty clear that somebody died in that sequence. Listen, you know, our show's tough, dude. People die in very unsuspecting ways, so you kinda gotta let your eyes tell you what you saw."

Similar to the discussions being done on whether Jon Snow of "Game Of Thrones" is also still alive, fans continue to voice out their theories and opinions on the episode's events. While Nicotero and the cast did not make any further clarifications, the next episode titled "Here's Not Here" is set to air on Nov. 1, Sunday.
