Securing phone with password lock is not anything new; however, the latest flaw in Android edition phone is that it provides an easy access to hack phone passwords. Any person who is not aware of your phone password can easily get hold of your phone data by simply typing long passwords.
The method of typing in long passwords tends to crash phone in an instant, providing an easy access to the home screen. Once the home screen is launched, then the whole process is now easier for the hacker. The working pattern is really simple and a person who is patient enough to handle hacking job can easily get hold all of your data in a matter of few seconds.
First, the emergency call option in android phone is launch. Once this is done, the user can go ahead with typing in a lot of characters then copy and paste these characters repeatedly, forming a long text of almost 40,000 characters. The hacker would now just need to wait for a few seconds as the system would crash automatically, giving an open door to home screen on phone.
The only good news with this problem is that Google has now come up with a patch that stops system crashing. The updated patch can be installed to mobile soon when the team releases it to the market. The said updated is expected to be compatible on all Android devices. Also, the brand new mobile Google Nexus that is now launched in market has a built-in patch to avoid hackers from getting their hands laid on important data.
