Defending champions Juventus (3-4-3, 12 points) will continue to break out of their current slump as they face tough team Torino (4-3-3, 15 points) at the Juventus Stadium this Saturday, October 31st for a 2015-2016 Serie A season matchup.

Juve finished with a 26-3-9 record last season to become the runaway winner of the Italian domestic league with 87 points on top of far second AS Roma with 70 points. A quarter of the present season is over and they have only managed to amass 12 points to settle for 12th place in the overall standings.

Their last six matches featured two wins, two draws, and two losses with the last one a disappointing 0-1 defeat in the hands of Sassuolo at the Mapei Stadium on Wednesday, as per SkySports.

Sassuolo winger Nicolas Sansone scored the lone goal of the game at the 20th before Juve defender Giorgio Chiellini was sent off for a second yellow card at the 39th to force the champs to play with a one-man disadvantage the rest of the way.

La Vecchia Signora managed to defend well with the setback, but they could not answer with goals to try and snatch the win against I Neroverdi.

Torino settled for a 3-3 draw with lowly Genoa in their encounter at the Stadio Olimpico also on Wednesday, as reported by ESPN.

Genoa's midfielder, Diego Laxalt, opened the scoring and ultimately had a double by saving the draw in injury time. Il Toro grabbed the lead, 3-2, after an own goal by I Rossoblu center midfielder Panagiotis Tachtsidis one minute before full time.

The Maroons had been winless in their last four games and Massimiliano Allegri's boys will try to take advantage of their low morale as they face them this weekend.

The predicted result is a hard-fought 2-1 victory for Juventus.

Juventus starting lineup (4-4-2 formation): Buffon; Barzagli, Bonucci, Caceres, Sandro; Cuadrado, Sturaro, Lemina, Pogba; Dybala, Mandzukic

Torino starting lineup (3-5-2 formation): Padelli; Bovo, Glik, Moretti; Zappacosta, Acquah, Vives, Benassi, Molinaro; Lopez, Belotti
