Middling clubs Real Betis (3-3-3, 12 points) and Athletic Bilbao (3-4-2, 11 points) face each other for a week 10 La Liga 2015-2016 season game at the Estadio Benito Villamarín in Seville on Sunday, November 1 as both teams attempt to climb the league table.

Real Betis is currently at the 10th spot in the standings and is having an up and down season so far with a two-game winning run sandwiched between two sets of lost and drawn affairs.

Los Béticos' last match was a 1-1 tie with lowly Granada at the Estadio Nuevo Los Cármenes last Saturday, as reported by ESPN.

El Graná's French defender Dimitri Foulquier scored a goal right at the 3rd minute before Los Verdiblancos' Spanish striker Rubén Castro equalized it at the 40th with a penalty kick right before halftime.

Both teams were able to hold each other down in the second half to settle for a point each in the overall standings.

Meanwhile, Athletic Club blanked Sporting Gijon, 3-0, in their Monday night encounter at the San Mamés Stadium to cap a four-game unbeaten run, as per SkySports.

Ernesto Valverde's boys managed to pull off two wins and two draws in their last four matches since their 1-2 home loss to league leaders Real Madrid last September 23.

Los Leones striker Aritz Aduriz scored a brace at the 42nd and 67th minutes after forward Iñaki Williams drew first blood at the 29th en route to the convincing win.

With Betis seemingly inconsistent with their games these days, Bilbao will continue to use their momentum to prevail in a tough match on Sunday.

The predicted result is a close 1-0 win for Athletic Bilbao.
