Although the team is at .500 record-wise, the New York Giants (4-4) are still on top of the NFC East as the division's squads are all struggling this season. They will visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-4), currently at the bottom of the NFC South, at the Raymond James Stadium this Sunday for a 2015 NFL season game.
The Giants lost a high-scoring 52-49 affair versus the New Orleans Saints at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on November 1st after opposing quarterback Drew Brees made a historic seven touchdown passes, as per Yahoo Sports.
New York made a huge push in the final period with Eli Manning leading a 21-point explosion, but it wasn't enough to overcome Brees' performance that day.
Tampa Bay is coming off a big 23-20 overtime upset over the Atlanta Falcons at the Georgia Dome also last Sunday as Bucs placekicker Connor Barth completed the game-winning field goal, as reported by ESPN.
The Bucs defense held back the Falcons final drive to come away with their third win of the season.
Manning and the Giants were always a force on the road and it is projected that they will take this game from Tampa Bay on Sunday with a one-touchdown lead.
Prediction: Giants win, 35-28.
