Directed by Duncan Jones, the "Warcraft" movie stars Travis Fimmel as Anduin Lothar.

"Warcraft" director Duncan Jones attended BlizzCon 2015 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, on Nov. 6, Friday. With the cast, the director presented the trailer of the film inspired by the online role-playing game "World of Warcraft."

Set to hit theaters on June 10, 2016, the "Warcraft" film stars Travis Fimmel as Anduin Lothar, Robert Kazinsky as Orgim, Paula Patton as Garona, Ben Foster as Medivh, Toby Kebbell as Durotan, Clancy Brown as Blackhand, Dominic Cooper as King Llane Wrynn and Daniel Wu as Gu'ldan, among others.

Foster, Kebbell, Patton, Brown, Cooper and Wu was with Jones when the "Warcraft" trailer made its debut on BlizzCon 2015. Fans at the video game convention welcomed the trailer of film adaptation of the 11-year-old online role-playing game with loud applause.

Jones told Washington Post backstage that the unveiling of the "Warcraft" trailer was incredible. He said he has been working on the film adaptation of "World of Warcraft" for three years and coming to BlizzCon for the past five years.

The "Warcraft" director pointed out that he knows the BlizzCon 2015 crowd from both sides, so he found it fantastic that he was able to finally show them the "Warcraft" trailer in person and release it online for those who could not attend the video game convention.

For Jones, it is important to convince those who are not fans of the online role-playing game "World of Warcraft" that the "Warcraft" movie is something they are going to "understand, enjoy and love."

Meanwhile, before BlizzCon 2015, the release date for "World of Warcraft: Legion" seemed to have leaked online. It appears that Blizzard Entertainment is planning to release the expansion on or before Sept. 21, 2016, according to an image posted on Battle.
