Jacob Stone (Christian Kane) from "The Librarians" season 2

"The Librarians" star Christian Kane, who plays Jacob Stone, in the TNT series revealed that his character will play a major role come season 2.

In an interview with Starpulse, Kane revealed that fans will get a chance to see more of Jacob in the coming episodes. The actor added his back story will be revealed early in the second season and he will no longer be such a mystery to viewers.

"You saw at the very end of last year if I had been a Librarian for more than ten years. You know where we end up. It's not a mystery anymore. You know who we will be at the end game," Kane explained.

Kane said that he was extremely proud of his fight scenes in episode 3, "And What Lies Beneath The Stones." He said that fighting "against himself" was probably one of the most favorite things he has ever done in his entire career.

The actor revealed that he experienced several cuts and bruises while preparing for the scene but seeing the final product was definitely worth the pain. Kane added that it was very realistic, in the sense that fans would not think that he was working with a stunt guy. He shared that he had to do the scenes both ways and was extremely proud of it.

When asked about which stars he wanted to guest star in "Librarians" season 2, Kane shared that he has always wanted to work with his good friend Lance Henriksen and Robert Englund, adding that the latter would be a "great asset" to the show.
