The latest "The 100" season 3 spoilers revealed that the premiere episode will focus on the love triangle between Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey), Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Bellamy (Bob Morley). Although the official premiere date has yet to be revealed, fans of The CW series are already busy finding hints of what to expect next.

According to Examiner, fans of Lexa and Clarke will definitely get to see more of the pair in season 3. Showrunner Aaron Ginsburg, however, pointed out that they had to make compromises. He explained that just because fans wanted to see more of this arc does not mean that is what is going to happen enxt.

Ginsburg shared that they spent hours every week to find out how to tell the story in the most incredible way. He said that they did not want to make decisions based simply on what they thought fans would like. Instead, they wanted to make decisions on what would be best for the show.

Meanwhile in a previous interview with Entertainment Weekly, Debnam-Carey admitted that the highly anticipated reunion between Clarke and Lexa will definitely happen. She added that her character will find ways to make it work. Debnam-Carey pointed out that Lexa has always been determined, and if she wants something, in one way or another she is going to get it.

The actress also hinted about the love triangle. She said that it would be interesting to see Lexa and Bellamy fight over Clarke. She pointed out that he obviously had feelings for her and thought it would be "kinda cool" to see him attempt to win her over.
