Vin Diesel is Groot in James Gunn's "Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2."

James Gunn's upcoming Marvel Comics film "Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2" is set to showcase a lot of dancing.

The appearance of Peter Quill's father is one of the biggest assumptions in Gunn's "Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2." According to Cinema Blend, the character might be seen teaching some of his own dance moves to the Guardians. With him being a potentially major character in Gunn's film, fans may be able to witness the dance moves his ancestors had passed on to him.

Vin Diesel, who is set to reprise his vocal role as Groot in Gunn's "Guardians of the Galaxy" sequel, has shared his live stream on his official Facebook page. In his post, Diesel mentioned that he had read the script of the film and had revealed that he had the "Awesome Mix Vol. 2" CD with him.

According to Cinema Blend, this gave Diesel and the rest of the team to rehearse their dance moves for the film. With the reported boost of dance moves in Gunn's "Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2," it is assumed that Gunn might have found a way to integrate the arts of dance and combat in his film's entirety, as per the publication.

While "Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2" explores the characters, helping fans to relate with them by seeing themselves in the character, the film sequel would not be seeing too many characters, as Gunn previously told Cinema Blend. For Gunn, he wanted the characters in the first film to be more personal.

"Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2" stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper (voice), Vin Diesel (voice), Sean Gunn, Karen Gillan, Michael Rooker, and possibly Howard the Duck, among others.

"Sicario" star Benicio del Toro is also set to reprise his role as The Collector while the director teased that there would be one Sneeper in the film. Klementieff was rumored to play Mantis in the forthcoming Marvel Comics film; however, neither Marvel Studios nor the director has confirmed if Klementieff would play the role.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2" starts principal production in 2016 and is slated to premiere in theaters in United States on May 5, 2017.
