'Halo 5: Guardians' 'Battle of Shadow and Light' Update: 'Big Team Battle' Multiplayer Mode, 4 New Maps, New Vehicular Combat, Classic 8v8 Matches

“Halo 5: Guardians” will be having a new DLC slated to be released this month.

Game developer 343 Industries recently announced that they will incorporate the "Battle of Shadow and Light" update in the upcoming weeks for "Halo 5: Guardians." 

Even though "Halo 5: Guardians" was released only two weeks ago, but it is already in line for a major upgrade.

It was reported earlier this month that the players were worried that this update will never come to the game. However, now the gamers can expect the release of the update by the end of the month, according to Game Spot.  

The new content for the update is finally finished along with new REQ's and "Big Team Battle" matchmaking, according to VG 24/7. In addition, there will also be the addition of some new vehicular combat and classic 8v8 matches. It was also mentioned that the game includes much more new content to play.

The "Warholic," "Psycho Duck," "Nokyard," "The Fated Fire," and the "Forgers Ducain 23" will get an enhancement to improve the overall gaming experience of "Halo 5: Guardians."

These five will get more detailed maps and also some inspiration from classics like "The Stand Off," "The Side Winder" or the "Avalanche," "The Longbow," "The Headlong," and the "Burial Mounds." Each player will also get an option to design their own maps. 

Meanwhile, it is rumored that 343 Industries is not planning any DLC for the game.

"Halo 5: Guardians" was launched last month on Oct. 27, for the Xbox One console only. It is rumored to come soon to the PC console as well.
