“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” is set in 1926 New York.

Eddie Redmayne's Newt Scamander may not be the sole hero in David Yates' forthcoming fantasy film "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them."

Redmayne is set to play magizoologist Scamander in Yates "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them." In his interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actor said that the assumption was Scamander's front and center, but it a quartet, indicating that his character had a team of adventurers set to help him.

According to Cinema Blend, Scamander is joined by Porpentina "Tina" Goldstein, who works at the Magical Congress of the United States of America (MACUSA); 'Queenie Goldstein, Tina's younger sister and roommate who had telepathic abilities; and Jacob Kowalski, a baker in a factory and the first major character with no magical abilities in the "Harry Potter" universe.

Aside from Redmayne, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" also stars, Katherine Waterston as Tina , Dan Alison Sudol as Queenie, Fogler as Jacob, Colin Farrell as Graves, and Ezra Miller as Kredan, among others.

"Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling also penned the source material, which will serve as guide for the film's story. However, exact plot details, additional characters, and cast are yet to be revealed.

"Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" is also the cover story of Entertainment Weekly this week. The publication mentioned that it would feature spoiler-free behind-the-scenes look at the film, along with interviews with producers and cast.

Yates' "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" is slated to premiere in theaters in United States on Nov. 18, 2016.
