New "Star Wars: Battlefront" details explain more insights on the season passes and videos of game's heroes, villains, weapons and star cards.
With release of the latest Star Wars video game coming this week, Electronic Arts took the opportunity to reveal more details on the Season Pass DLCs for "Star Wars Battlefront." According to EA, the Season Pass only doubles the content that is present within the game and contains 16 new multiplayer maps from different "Star Wars" planets such as Hoth, Jakku and many more.
EA added that "Star Wars: Battlefront" will contain over 20 new pieces items such as weapons, vehicles and star cards for both the Galactic Empire and the Rebel Alliance factions. The game will contain four expansion packs with early access for two weeks, four new game modes, an exclusive "Shoot First" emote and four more Star Wars heroes and villains that players will control soon, IGN reported.
Aside from the Season Pass details, game developer DICE posted a new development video showcasing the heroes and villains in the franchise, as well as the different game modes that gamer are looking forward to playing within "Star Wars Battlefront," VG 24/7 reported.
"Star Wars Battlefront" will feature six playable heroes such as Luke Sky Walker, Princess Leia and Han Solo for the Rebel Alliance, while Darth Vader, Boba Fett and Emperor Palpatine will represent the Galactic Empire.
Different game modes are present in "Star Wars Battlefront" such as "Walker Assault," "Drop Zone," "Survival," "Domination," "Fighter Squadron," "Cargo," "Death Match" and "Hero Hunt." Gamers will also have the opportunity to use different vehicles in the game such as TIE Fighters, Assault Walkers, Snow Speeders, X-Wing and many more. Players can use different weapons from game such as blasters, pulse rifles and even lightsabers. Star Cards are available to give players power-up boosts during battles to tip teh scales in their favor.
"Star Wars Battlefront" will be release on Nov. 17 for the PS4, Xbox One and for the PC.
