Charlie Sheen Didn't Tell Us About His HIV Status: Ex Lovers

| Nov 18, 2015 12:56 AM EST

Charlie Sheen, who is known to lead a sexually active lifestyle, has been rumored to be infected with HIV.

At least five of Charlie Sheen's sex partners have denied his vehement declaration that he has always been open about his HIV status with whomever he had sex with in past four years. These sex partners are considering to take legal action.

A group of unidentified women believed to be Sheen's lovers reportedly contacted the Southern California attorney with the claim that the actor did not disclose his HIV status before bedding them due to which they are considering to sue the actor for fraud, sexual battery and negligent transmission of a sexually transmitted disease.

The unnamed lawyer revealed to New York Daily News that his clients are a group of adult film stars, fans and escorts. Although these women are reportedly still contemplating their next legal move, they are also concerned about going public with the fact that they have been exposed to the virus.

Rachel Oberlin, one of Sheen's ex-girlfriends who used to live with him in 2011 and a porn star who goes by the stage name Bree Olson, also claimed that the actor never discussed his HIV status with her while they were living together and she learned the same through the media.

Even after the diagnosis that reportedly happened either during or shortly after their stay together, the actor allegedly never cared to caution Oberlin to get tested herself.

Sheen ended the weeklong speculation when he declared on NBC's "Today" on Nov. 17, Tuesday, that he was diagnosed HIV positive four years ago. However, the actor confirmed that before every sexual activity, he has told all of his partners that he is HIV-positive.

"I always lead with condoms and honesty when it came to my condition," wrote the actor in the open letter about his medical condition obtained by E! News.
