"Clash of Clans" (COC) update has been confirmed by team of developers at Supercell. The good news is the new DLC is happening but the bad news is it not coming out very soon. A new report suggests that the fall update will be a special early Christmas surprise for Clashers with a special theme. It is said the Clash community can expect to see a lot of feature upgrades and improvement in the gameplay when the highly-anticipated DLC arrives.
According to All Clash, the forthcoming "Clash of Clans" (COC) Christmas update will come with the winter theme. It is one of the biggest updates to date that is expected to bring something for players at all the levels. For those at an advanced level, will finally be able to enjoy Town Hall 11, play the Third Hero and the more powerful Level 8 Barbarians.
For those who are not ready to move on to Town Hall 11, there will be "quality-of-life" changes packed with some improved and advanced features. The website cites the big announcement by Supercell staff member on the Supercell forum.
According to the announcement for the big "Clash of Clans" (COC) update, changes will be made to Shields that are expected to be replaced by the "Village Guard." While there is not much known about this new concept, All Clash claims that this new feature will not affect the Shields. They will still be an item that can be bought with gold coins.
More improvements includes changes in multiplayer matchmaking, league bonuses and high-level trophy calculation. The website speculates that the new "Clash of Clans" (COC) updates might include total destruction and gathered stars in an attack into the bonus calculation. Furthermore, there will be changes to session timers and personal break as well.
Meanwhile, preview at "Clash of Clans" (COC) update sneak peek will begin to roll out on Nov. 23, 2015 kicking off a 2-week Sneak Peeks event most likely giving way to the release of the update on Dec. 7, 2015. However, it must be noted that Supercell is yet to announce the release date of the forthcoming upgrade.
