Clash Of Clans December Update News: 4 Key COC Feature Upgrades Explained

Clash of Clans

Supercell has already confirmed that the new things packed with the Clash of Clans December update will have Sneak Peeks starting November 23 that will be on a 2-week spread. Going by the revealed schedule, it's safe to assume that the actual release date of the COC feature upgrades will be no later than December 7.

Now with the update arrival pretty much settled, COC fans are even more excited to unpack the goodies that Supercell will provide. The details are far from confirmed but reading between the lines of the clues so far dropped by the game developer, some of the new features are being pieced together and listed below are four them:

Level 11 Town Hall

Two major add-ons are dominating the COC discussions - the leap from TH10 and a new hero to join the Barbarian King and the Archer Queen. Supercell provided a teaser of Level 11 Town Hall or TH11 during the ClashCon event last October and it was indeed vastly different from the Town Hall levels seen so far.

But beyond the design, COC gamers are more concerned with the TH11 central functions that Gotta Be Mobile said in a new report ought to be robust enough for effective defense maneuvers but not too unrealistically strong in order "to balance out the game." Supercell, after all, has repeatedly mentioned that it wants all Clashers to appreciate the game no matter if they are advanced or casual players.

New Hero

Rumors say a Mage will be the new chief character but if the recent Art Contest that Supercell has conducted is to be the basis, it will be a Master Wizard. Whoever or whatever will be the Third Hero, he or she is expected to showcase healing and protective powers.

Per GBM, the new Hero is ready to use in exchange for six million Elixirs.

Accumulated personal breaks

In the most recent statement issued by Supercell, the COC creator talked about changes that will impact on the quality of life of COC fans, which many assumed will be both while playing the game and while on a break.

As the Clash of Clans is indeed time consuming, a tweak on the personal breaks is very much appreciated. The likely improvement on the subject that GBM expects is for players to earn personal breaks - the hours players spend on COC will be rewarded with increased number of breaks that they can use for intended pauses minus the worries of leaving a base that is unattended and unprotected.

Village Guard

GBM is convinced that Personal Breaks on COC is connected to the new Village Guard concept. This will kick in when a player is away so a Village Guard will watch over the base while the owner is on a rest mode. This is the nearest guess to Supercell's announcement that the Clash of Clans December update is laced with quality of life changes on release date.
