"The Comeback" star Robert Michael Morris has recently revealed he loves the fact that there was an episode where he got to strip.
"After I read the script, I went to Michael and told him I hate when there's a nude scene in a film and TV and there's artfully placed bed clothing," Morris told Mstars News "The Comeback" co-creator co-creator Michael Patrick King.
Morris said he told King he would be "more than happy" to bare his ass adding, "Hugh Jackman got two weeks of press out of it. I'm not going to get two lines but I'll do it."
Recently, King's "The Comeback" co-creator and Morris' co-star Lisa Kudrow won the TV Performance of the Year - Actress award at the People Magazine Awards. The award was presented by her fellow "Friends" alum Sean Hayes who said "she acts like she's not acting."
According to Morris, he and Kudrow had a great chemistry right when he auditioned as the right-hand man of Kudrow's role Valerie in "The Comeback."
"It was a connection from the audition. When I auditioned, the only person in the room I knew was Michael King. Lisa read with me, which was great! I asked beforehand if I should come in character or just get into it when I got there," Morris said.
Morris added that during the audition, he "came in character" and but did not have time to wear black and a bunch of rings although he brought some.
The Season 2 finale of "The Comeback" will air on HBO on Dec. 28 at 10 p.m.
