Facebook is turning to power its artificial intelligence products under the supervision of humans.

As part of its effort to raise awareness and provide better services for charities, social networking giant Facebook recently rolled out a new tool called Fundraisers. The new Fundraisers tool is designed to help charities and nonprofit organizations in raising funds for their respective causes.

The new tool can help organizations and charities on tracking their projects all over the world via Facebook's platform. Facebook is also adding a new Donate button on the pages of these groups in order for users to easily donate money without going through too much hassle.

Fundraisers will serve as a dedicated page where nonprofit organizations and charities can raise money for their campaigns. The Donate button, which is previously reserved for ads, will now be embedded on the Pages of these organizations which will allow users to directly contribute to their chosen cause through their News Feeds.

Presented in the same format as the Event pages, the Fundraiser page allow nonprofit organizations and charities to describe their campaign and collect donations from users. There is also a progress bar that will highlight the development of a specific campaign.

According to The Verge, the new Donate button is available on the pages of three nonprofit organizations. These are Mercy Corps, World Wildlife Fund and National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

According to Mashable, the service will eventually extend to 37 other nonprofit organizations covering several diverse campaigns and causes.

Facebook is not currently charging its nonprofit partners for using its platform. However, the social networking giant said that it will eventually impose a fee that will cover its operating expenses some time in 2016.
