Xiaomi Launched Redmi Note 3 With Full Metal Body, Fingerprint Scanner

On Tuesday, Xiaomi launched its new Redmi Note 3 smartphone in two variations at China National Convention Center in Beijing. Two variants are one with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal at CNY 899 and another with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal memory at CNY 1,099.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 includes a 5.5inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display and is touted be a "completely overlaid show." The organization teased the phone, which is only 8.65mm at its thickest point and weighs 164 grams that runs MIUI 7 in view of Android OS.

The organization at the event highlighted that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 includes an all-metal design and focused on that it is currently the "first Mi phone" to don a full metal body and unique fingerprint sensor. The handset additionally support fingerprint sensor at the back which the organization touts can open the gadget in only 0.3s. Another outstanding component is the 4000mAh battery with fast charging bolster that can energize to 50 percent in 60 minutes.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is controlled by a 64-bit octa-center MediaTek Helio X10 processor (Cortex-A53) combined with 2GB/3GB of RAM. As said above, it will come in 16GB and 32GB variations. In terms of snapper, the Redmi Note 3 dons a 13-megapixel back camera with PDAF(Phase detection auto-focus) and two-tone streak. There is a 5-megapixel front-camera. It will come in Gold, Silver, and Dark Gray.
