HTC One M10 Release In May 2016; HTC One M9s Features Hint On M10’s Specs?

HTC One M10 release is rumored to happen in May next year, which may probably include features packed in HTC One M9s.

According to some reports, HTC's next flagship smartphone HTC One M10 will be launched two to three months after the release of the mid-range One X9 in the first quarter of 2016. Thus, consumers may get to see the HTC One M10 in the second quarter or around May/June next year.

Aside from the HTC One X9, the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer released another smartphone dubbed as HTC One M9s, which is a mid-range variant of the current flagship phone HTC One M9.

Based on the HTC Taiwan website, HTC One M9s is a budget smartphones with decent specs and features. The new smartphone sports 5-inch full HD LCD display, a MediaTek Helio X10 chipset backed with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.

One of the best assets of HTC One M9s is its microSD slot of up to 2TB. Other features worth noting include a 13-megapixel main camera, a 4-megapixel front-facing camera and a 2,840 mAh battery.

Meanwhile, some of the rumored HTC One M10 features are: a bigger screen display with either 2K or 4K pixel resolution, which will yield to clearer and more vivid images. Under the hood, the handset is purported to be powered by Qualcomm 82X with 3.X GHz octa-core HMP cyclone technology paired with 4GB of RAM that will deliver faster and better performance. The handset will sport the same storage systems with microSD slot for additional external storage.

Other rumored features of HTC One M10 are dual-SIM support, 27 megapixels front and back camera, longer battery life, and wireless charging feature, according to TechRadar. The smartphone will be dustproof and water-resistant like most handsets. The handset will cost around $650 to $800 depending on the storage variant. However, HTC has confirmed none of the aforementioned rumors.
