Apple recently closed its Twitter analytics service Topsy.

Apple has kept secret of the five top patents they have recently filed, which even their engineers have no knowledge about.

As usual, Apple is keeping secret about the patents they have filed from the public for reasons best known to them. It was just recently when PatentYogi search team discovered five such patents which Apple have been kept the secret.

Although it is a difficult task finding out patents from thousands being granted every week, it was revealed by the search team that Apple has taken the advantage of the provisions made by the patent office for delaying any publication. Apple has used this advantage for some of their selective patents, although it is a general rule that patents should be published within 18 months from the date of filing.

It is further revealed that these patents are all about computer programing, method and apparatus to control a targeted device by using instant message, touch processing of frequency agile and Memory Management, using intervals for maximum times for unifying the conditions for memory cell.

Other two patents that have also been tracked are for using the invisible optical label to transmit information between various computer devices. Even the patent numbers have been revealed. There is news that the last two patents were granted without facing any challenge only due to the uniqueness of the technology being used. Gathering information about the technological breakthrough, it is now understandable why Apple had kept these patents secret to the public.
