Paul Walker's father Paul William Walker III is the second family member to sue Porsche for negligence and wrongful death over the 2013 accident that infamously killed the "Fast And Furious" star.

In the lawsuit filed on Nov. 25, Wednesday, the late actor's father claimed that the Porsche Carrera GT in which his son was killed was lacking in safety features that could have saved his son's life, USA Today reported.

The father accused the car giant that they knew beforehand that the model had a history of instability and control issues. The lawsuit also mentioned that the car lacked in other life-saving safety features like a side-door reinforcements and a breakaway fuel line to help prevent the car from bursting into flames after a collision.

Vin Diesel's "Fast & Furious" co-actor died at the age of 40 when his Porsche crashed and burst into flames in Valencia, Santa Clarita, on Nov. 30 2013. The car was being driven by his close friend, Roger Rodas, at the time, who also died in the accident.

Recent reports stated that Rodas' widow also filed a similar lawsuit seeking unspecified damages for wrongful death on Nov. 25, Wednesday.

Porsche has been sued by the late actor's daughter Meadow Walker citing a similar reason of negligence and lack of safety features in the car in which her father was riding at the time of the accident.

Responding to Meadow's lawsuit, the German car maker dismissed her claims to state that the late actor was somewhere responsible for his own death , Entertainment Weekly reported.
