Amazon recently unveiled a list of the upcoming video games likely to be released next month on its website, and reportedly the widely anticipated crossover role-playing game "Kingdom Hearts is on the roster.
The Japanese game developer Square Enix is mum about the listing and the official release date for "Kingdom Hearts 3" on PS4, PC, and Xbox One, but previous rumors indicated that the game could either be unveiled in 2016 of early 2017, according to Master Herald.
Avid fans are currently thrilled about the new list from Amazon that indicated "Kingdom Hearts 3" might probably be launched next month.
If Amazon list is to be true, fans and players believe that the inclusion of the game for December release could imply that the game would only be made available for preorders via Amazon.
According to the same publication, if preordering of "Kingdom Hearts 3" starts next month, it is likely that the game would officially come out in 2016, eliminating the possibility of a 2017 release.
"Kingdom Hearts 3" has been put on preorder option from December on Amazon for a retail price of $59.99 for both PS4 and Xbox One.
There was a note on the preorder listing that particularly indicated that gamers might receive an email from Amazon stating that the title is slated for a release on Jan. 2, 2017. Furthermore, the placeholder release date for the game is Dec. 31, 2016, and Jan. 1, 2017 happens to be the next shipping day after the placeholder that is confirmed for the game now. The site also issued an apology for any confusion that may have been caused.
