Following his wild holiday party, "Suicide Squad" actor Jared Leto expressed his apologies to his neighbors by giving them pumpkin pies. Some of his neighbors took their positive feedback on social media, indicating that Leto's deed is working.
After Leto gave the pies to his neighbors, some them took the photos of the pies they had received to social media. On Nov. 26, Craig Brockie, an entrepreneur, shared a photo on Twitter. He wrote, "Happy thanksgiving to you too @JaredLeto. Thanks for the pie. So good. Welcome to the neighborhood!"
Leto's other neighbor and author Gwen Banta also shared a photo of the pumpie pie she received from the "Suicide Squad" actor. She tweeted, "Thanks to my super cool neighbor Jared Leto. How classy is that???"
While some of his neighbors may still be angry with him, Leto's means of expressing his apology to his neighbors with his pumpkin pies may eventually resolve the issue.
According to Zap2It, Leto's Laurel Canyon neighbors may still be upset at him after the rager he had thrown in October. However, many had been surprised to receive an unusual gift for Thanksgiving - a Whole Foods pumpkin pie with a message Leto wrote himself on each box. It says "Happy Thanksgiving! From: Your neighbor/Jared Leto."
Leto had thrown a raging Halloween party after moving into his new house in Laurel Canyon neighborhood in Los Angeles, which made his neighbors angry, according to TMZ. The "Suicide Squad" star's guests had wreaked havoc in the neighborhood and a neighbor even called him a "d--k" for not getting guests a shuttle service.
