Adele also has a strict fitness routine. The "Water Under the Bridge" singer exercises for three times a week. She usually runs, do circuit trainings and does light weights to help her stay toned. After losing weight, Adele is reportedly more confident to show off her body.

The outlet also reported that Adele recently quit smoking. Although she loved it, the singer said that she does not want to die of a smoking-related illness. She also reduced her alcohol intake, sharing that she is down to having just one drink a week.

Speaking to Rolling Stone, Adele shared that she is also trying to get fit in preparation for her upcoming world tour. The singer shared that although she does not like going to the gym, she never skips a workout. She, however, said that she loved lifting weights.
