Here comes another blockbuster supernatural horror film coming out pretty soon. The film's director James Wan brings "The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist," the next sequel to a 2013 movie of the same title. The director brought to social media the latest pictures from on-set. Its lead casts include Vera Farmiga, Patrick Wilson, Abhi Sinha and Frances O'Connor.
As reported by MovieWeb, the director of the film shares most of its pictures while filming his horror follow-up, with lead actors Farmiga and Wilson as Lorraine and Ed Warren respectively. The two actors happen to play real-life supernatural experts and writes about renowned documented cases of haunting. The upcoming film's production all started in Los Angeles but relocated to London.
As per Times of India, the director featured a glimpse of what was behind the movie in his Twitter and Instagram accounts. The film is a recreation of a previous movie of the same title in the 1970s.
No statements about the film's plot have been released as of the moment; however, it hints about the investigation process of supernatural activities in a council house in Enfield, England in the late 1970s. The film is supposed to follow Lorraine and Ed as they move to London to help a single mom whose children are being haunted.
The troubled mother Peggy Hogdson is portrayed by Frances O'Connor. The cast will also include Abhi Sinha, Simon Delaney, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Shannon Kook, Franka Potente, Lauren Esposito, and Madison Wolfe.
The upcoming paranormal horror film "The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist" should be out by June 10, 2016. It is written and directed by James Wan. Screenplay was by David Johnson, Chad Hayes and Carey Hayes.
