The Kardashian-Jenner family may be in a celebratory mood over the birth of Kim Kardashian's son by Kanye West on Saturday. But one family member probably is not a mood to celebrate because of another lawsuit.

The Wolf-Milese family of Malibu, one of the victims of the February car crash that killed an old woman and injured others due to a car crash by Caitlyn Jenner, filed a lawsuit on Friday at the Los Angeles Superior Court. Associated Press reports that the family filed a negligence charge against the former Bruce Jenner.

Because of the accident, Peter Wolf-Milese sustained serious wrist injuries, his one-month-old son Gaetano was unresponsive after the car crash and his wife Lea also suffered from blunt-force injuries and is still undergoing orthopedic treatment until now. A second son, Nino, also was injured.

Peter, according to CBC, is a multi-Grammy-nominated composer pianist and songwriter. Among his compositions are "We Built This City" by Starship, "On My Own" by Patti Labelle and "King of Wishful Thinking" by Go West.

Because of his wrist injury, he is "disabled from work," according to the lawsuit which sought damages for past and future medical bills and future loss of earnings.

The vehicle driven by Jenner, who was still Bruce then, crashed the car of Kim Howe, who died. In turn, Howe's vehicle hit the Wolf-Milese's automobile. However, while prosecutors did not file manslaughter charges against Caitlyn for the death of Howe because they found that he exercised caution then, the stepchildren has filed a separate lawsuit earlier against Jenner.
